Q: Do you provide an in-home consultation service?
A: Absolutely, please feel free to contact us if you would like to set up an appointment or have any further questions.
Q: What colors and/or patterns do you recommend for a small space?
A: We love to use our larger patterns and bolder colors in these small spaces. This allows your home to have a splash of color and a pop of fun without dominating a large space.
A: Our daily discounts are 20% off the retail prices on special order wallpaper and borders. We also offer a 10% discount off special order fabrics.
Q: If I order wallpaper, border, or fabric how long does it take to receive my order?
A: Generally, wallpaper and border special orders take three to five business days to receive and fabric usually takes a week. In a few instances, the manufacturer will be out of stock on a certain pattern but they are usually able to give us an estimated date of when we will receive it.
Q: How many wallpaper and border patterns do you have in-stock?
A: Although this changes frequently, we normally carry about 500 in-stock patterns of wallpaper and border.
Q: Do you allow customers to check-out your wallpaper and fabric books?
A: Yes, we allow books to be checked out for 48 hours and we require a credit card number as a security because of the cost of the sample books.
Q: What is your return policy?

~In-stock returns must be made within 10 days
~Special order returns must be made within 30 days
~Only unopened wallpaper is returnable
~A 30% restocking fee is charged by the manufacturer on all returnable special orders

Q: Do you ship your merchandise?
A: Absolutely, we can ship anywhere in the world, however, shipping and handling charges do apply.
Q: Do you have any other locations?
A: No, currently we have only one store location.
Q: How do I find a wallpaper hanger?
A: We recommend that you ask your friends and neighbors if they have used a paperhanger that they were satisfied with. If not, try the yellow pages under "paperhangers" and remember to check their references.
Q: Do you recommend priming the walls before you wallpaper?
A: Yes, we recommend that you use a wallpaper primer on the walls. The primer allows you more time to work with the seams while hanging the paper and it also allows you to remove the wallpaper without damaging your walls. The primer goes on like paint with a roller or brush. Please read and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Q: Can you wallpaper over existing wallpaper?
A: Sometimes you can hang wallpaper over existing paper. The existing paper needs to be on tightly with no loose seams. If the seems are overlapped at all you should sand them smooth. The next step is to use an oil-based wallpaper primer before hanging the new wallpaper. For best results, read and follow all the manufacturer's instructions.
