Robin Miklosovic (owner/interior designer)
Robin Miklosovic has been an interior designer since 1980. She graduated from Mt. Ida College in Boston, Massachusetts. Shortly after moving to the Richmond area in 1999, Robin began working at the then Wallpaper Etc., before purchasing it in March of 2003. She has clientele all over the East Coast, from New York to Georgia.

Kim Washburn (interior designer)
Kim Washburn received her B.S. degree in Interior Design from Radford University in 1993. She began working for Wallpaper Etc., now The Tailored Window, in 1991 while still in college. Kim has the ability to make any home decor beautiful. From contemporary to traditional, she has a keen sense of what needs to happen to make your interior decor speak to you. Kim will always take your lifestyle into consideration and help you add that special touch.

Valerie Glazier (interior designer)
Valerie received a degree in Interior Design from Virginia Tech and has been working as a designer in the Richmond area for over 20 years. She began working at The Tailored Window in November of 2003. Valerie is an expert when it comes to Hunter Douglas products. She has attended extensive training directly from the company. In addition to her decorating abilities, she can cover those challenging windows with Hunter Douglas blinds, shades, or shutters.

Diane Hastings (design associate)
Dianne began working at The Tailored Window in February of 2007. She has a keen sense of color and style which she will use to help you with an entire room makeover. Dianne will go out of her way to make sure our designs will fit your personal taste to a tee.

Stephanie Landers (workroom manager)
Stephanie graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. degree in Home Economics Education. She has been a professional seamstress for 23 years. Stephanie has an eye for detail and can create anything from a simple valance to an opulent swag and jabot.
